Codeless Platform — Starter Repo

This is a scaffold for a codeless (low-code) platform similar to BMC Remedy AR System, built with:

• Supabase (Postgres + Auth + RLS)
• FastAPI + SQLAlchemy 2.0
• Nuxt 4 + Nuxt UI
• Proxmox deployment (guide in ops/)
